I dislocated my knee during said first practice bout. I’d like to go ahead and blame the following for this:
-Poor Lunge Technique
-Airborne (Army Parachuting)
-Genetics
-Racquetball
-Lateral Collateral Ligament/Medial Collateral Ligament
I surely hope this isn’t the early signs of onset ‘Oldmanism’.
Today,
